The work "WITHERING" is the third piece in the four-part series titled "Stages." This collection uses symbolic language to explore the fundamental phases of existence: birth, life, decay, and eternity. This particular work depicts the stage of decline—the transition from physical life toward the next mysterious level. By weaving together iconic nature symbolism—specifically insectoid and natural forms—with the interplay of light, geometric abstraction, and graphic motifs, I want to reveal the hidden, sacred power of the stages of life. The composition is brought to life through expressive lighting, which ultimately transforms the artwork into a sacred symbol.
