The work is titled "Legends." In this piece, I explored the reconstruction of the visual language found in pagan idols, ethnic artifacts, and archaic crafts. I then clothed an insectoid form in this language, striving t o highlight the inherent beauty of ethnic patterns, shapes, and proportions. Accented by light, the object is transformed into a sacred symbol.
